The Protasis PDAD-2005 Photodiode Array allows sensitive, full-spectrum detection of eluted capillary peaks from DFGF or OLLC methods.  This modules features a state-of-the art, fiber-coupled Zeiss optics bench with a deep-well, 1024 Hammamatsu PDA sensor, a deuterium lamp for ultraviolet wavelengths, a halogen lamp for visible wavelengths, and an electric shutter to allow automatic Dark / Light absorbance corrections.  The module can be placed close to the outlet of a DFGF chamber to provide rapid band tracking, identification and quantitation.  RapidAcqViewTM software is included with spectral and time elution display in raw or absorbance mode.
