Use All of Your Standard NMR Methods
The Protasis CapNMR probe utilizes an RF coil that behaves
virtually the same as a larger RF coil from a room-temperature probe. This
means that your RF pulse sequences and NMR parameters can translate immediately
to the CapNMR probe. In fact, the only adjustment that is required is a
reduction of transmitted RF (and lock) power, and in the case of gradient
experiments, a reduction of the power supplied to the gradient coil. These
adjustments are fully explained in the CapNMR manual, and involve a common
scaling factor that is applied to each pulse sequence.
