Protasis makes probes for all vendors (Varian, Bruker and JEOL) and
field strengths (300 MHz through 800 MHz). The first probe was
a proton-only probe with deuterium lock. The second design,
and still our most popular configuration, is the Indirect Carbon
Gradient, or ICG, probe with a deuterium lock and a z-gradient.
This was followed by the addition of a nitrogen channel to create
the Triple Resonance Inverse with Gradient, or TXI, Probe (also tunable to
phosphorous) . The addition of inert Teflon FEP tubing makes
this probe ideal for biosamples and has been called BioFlow NMR.
Stay tuned for more
discussion of our dual flowcell probes. These promise to
double the amount of information that you can obtain from your
existing NMR system and greatly increase your overall throughput. |
