Standard Laboratory Consumables |
|
|
As the modern laboratory moves toward higher throughput, smooth
handoffs from sample prep techniques like HPLC and SPE is needed
for efficient sample management. Now NMR can accept and
collect samples in the same standard laboratory consumables (e.g.,
microplates, sealed vials) already popular in chromatography and
mass spectrometry. |
|
Run standard sealed vials |
Vials are typically managed in 12 or 24 position racks. But custom
layouts are also possible. High integrity seals protect
samples during transport. New, low volume vial designs
ensure that the liquid handler can recover the last drop of
precious natural product of synthesis molecules. |
|
NMR,
LEAP and HTSL Macro Capability |
Exploits the advanced software already built into the
spectrometer, liquid handler and sample loader. Scripts are
provided for standard functions. These can be edited using
simple text editors to expand functionality for advanced
operations. Enables special operations such as combining
reagents with a sample before a run, or addition of a stabilizer
after a run. |
|
Open-Access SQL Database |
Standard SQL database allows ODBC connections from custom programs
to Enterprise software systems. Organize your sample
information efficiently. |
|
Windows / Unix / Linux / MacIntosh |
This fully web-enabled application runs on any standard browser on
your network on most common operating systems. OneMinute NMR
creates a bridge from the Unix world of spectroscopy to the
Windows world of standard office applications. View and edit
sample lists in Excel. Edit reports in Word. Access
standard utilities and printers. |
|
Priority and Night Samples |
Keep the system busy with plates/arrays, but interrupt any time with
individual priority samples. Or, for
long-running samples that take priority at night, but do not run
during the day, specify night samples. |
|
Unlimited Users and Methods |
Support large departments with any number of password-secured user
accounts. Schedule any number of methods using different
solvents, pulse sequences, or other parameters to create a true
open access automation. Methods and sample queues may be
created, edited and monitored from any browser to prevent user
from 'stepping on' each other. |
|
Multiple NMR Configurations |
One or more NMR experiments are selected from a list and run in
the order specified. All existing experiments suitable for
the CapNMR probe can be used. |
|
Run 96 or 384 Well MicroPlates |
Efficient processing of increasingly popular microplates.
Optional foil piercing accessory cleanly slices plate covers to
avoid 'chads' or particulates from plugging the needle. |
