100% Web-based

Protasis OneMinuteNMR software is designed for web-based access from your desktop, the laboratory or even remote operation from any authorized location on your network.

E-mailed Alerts and Completion Messages

Use your  e-mail server to send batch completion reports and error alerts.  Errors are sent to a list of administrators.

Optimized TCP/IP Spectrometer Interfaces
Closed-loop spectrometer control and feedback through TCP/IP link.  Optimized for speed, security and error correction / detection.
Remote Intranet / Internet Login
Log in samples and monitor status from your spectrometer, desk, lab or home.
Run Any Spectrometer Script
OneMinuteNMR talks to your spectrometer just like you do, through your keyboard.  Or more specifically, through the command line interface.  That means that anything you can do yourself can be done automatically, through a simple script.
Sample List Import from HPLC or MS
Save keystrokes and avoid transcription errors by importing sample lists directly from HPLC, MS or your lab management system.  Sample lists can be stored in any comman delimited file (.CSV) and can be viewed, edited or created in Excel.  Collect fractions from HPLC and send the sample list over your network.  Then walk the plates or vials down to your NMR.  Before you get there, OneMinuteNMR will be expecting you.
